IN 1991, PARTNERS IN HOUSING TRANSITION (PARTNERS) WAS FOUNDED BY LOUISE DUNBAR. PARTNERS PROVIDES FORMERLY HOMELESS FAMILIES AND FAMILIES BELOW THE POVERTY LINE WITH FREE GENTLY USED FURNITURE. CLIENTS ARE REFERRED FROM OUR PARTNERING AGENCIES AND THEN SELECT THEIR FURNITURE FROM THE BASEMENT OF ST. LUKE'S EPISCOPAL CHURCH.
